Our Homeowner Association website was developed to serve as an informational resource for our community members.
- Association Approved Porch Light Information: The approved porch light is the Hampton Bay Wall-Mount 1 Light option. The following link will provide more detail: Association Approved Porch Light
- Millennium Property Management Online Payment Capabilities: MCM can now accept online payments for association fees. Please go to the Links page for more details. Note: Please ensure to enter the correct/accurate bank account information; if it is incorrect, the bank will charge you a $35.00 service fee.
- New Pool Gate Keys (update): New pool gate keys are now available from MCM. The "Pool Key Agreement and Receipt - Mail Request" form is available on this site and was mailed with the June statements. The cost of obtaining these keys will be $13.71; this is for USPS Registered Mail - a signature will be required to obtain the key.
- Recycle Bin: This new bin has been implemented and is available for all residents.
- Satellite Dish Installation Guidelines - update: Updated Satellite Dish Installation have been posted. Please go to the Forms page to download updated guidelines. Note: Installing a dish within Promenade Villas requires a custom installation by DirectTV or their contractors - standard installation fees do not apply.
- Speeders: A number of residents have complained about residents and their guests speeding within the community. If you witness a speeder, please note the date, time, make and model of vehicle, and the license plate number. This information will be used to send a letter to resident about this matter. Individuals who provide this information will be kept confidential. Please send this information to assocationboard@promenadevillas.com.
- Pet Waste: Homeowners with pets are reminded to pick up after their pets. If pet waste continues to become an issue - the board may ban walking pets within the community. Please be responsible.
- Fire Sprinkler Repairs: If you have completed your required sprinkler repairs, please send the certificate of completion to Millennium Community Management.
- Trespasser Reporting: It has been reported that items have been pilfered from open garages and vehicles in these garages. Please be aware of trespassers and keep your garage door closed if you are not inside your garage. Homeowners who witness or suspect trespassers on the community property are encouraged to call the Whitter/Santa Fe Springs Police Department at 562-409-1850.
